  • 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (0.78-ounce) package CHI-CHI'S® Restaurante Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese


  1. On 10-inch microwave-safe serving platter, evenly spread refried beans; cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%), rotating dish once, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  2. In bowl, combine sour cream and seasoning mix; mix well. Spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients over sour cream mixture. Serve with tortilla chips and CHI-CHI'S® salsa, if desired.
