Ingredients

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon CHI-CHI'S® Green Jalapenos Whole
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, if desired

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring, 5 to 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
