This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
3 large tomatoes, sliced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1/4 cup whole fresh basil leaves
1 cup CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
Directions
On large serving platter with 1-inch rim, alternately arrange tomatoes, cheese, onion and basil. Top with salsa.
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and garlic; mix well. Pour over salad. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
