Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Hormel® Oven Ready Pork Chops, bacon wrapped
  • Canned sweet potatoes, drained
  • Maple syrup, heated
  • Fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
  • Orange, peeled and sectioned
  • Onion slices
  • Sweetened white vinegar or spinach salad dressing

Directions

  1. Prepare bacon wrapped pork chops according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in baking pan, spread sweet potatoes; roast alongside pork chops 20 minutes. Drizzle roasted sweet potatoes with warm maple syrup before serving.
  3. In serving bowl, toss together spinach, orange segments and onion. Add vinegar; toss to mix.
