Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package CHI-CHI'S® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
  • 8 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, heated
  • 1 cup finely shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • CHI-CHI'S® salsa

Directions

  1. In skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked through; drain. Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions. Add kidney beans and black beans; cook until heated thoroughly.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons refried beans onto each warm tortilla. Spoon beef mixture evenly down center of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in edges; roll up burrito-style.
  3. Serve burritos with guacamole, sour cream and salsa, if desired.
