8 ounces rotini
1 CHI-CHI'S™ Taco Sauce with Seasoned Ground Beef
2 cups shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild
2 cups crushed cheese- flavored tortilla chips
Directions
Cook rotini according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat beef according to package directions. Toss with pasta; stir in 1 cup cheese.
Divide pasta mixture evenly among 4 plates to serve. Top each with lettuce, remaining 1 cup cheese, the salsa and chips. Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
