Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 10 servings
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 slices Hormel® Black Label® Bacon, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. On large baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, mustard, butter, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes or until crisply-tender.
  3. In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned and crisp; remove to paper towel to drain. Add to Brussels sprouts; toss to combine.
