Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 4 cinnamon-raisin English muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 slices Hormel® Natural Choice® Smoked Deli Ham
  • 4 large eggs, poached
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Curry powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Notes

  1. You can fold the ham to fit the English muffin, or stack all 4 slices and use 3-inch cookie cutter to make rounds to fit muffin. Finely chop leftover ham scraps and use in the sandwich or eat them as a cook’s treat!

Directions

  1. Top each of 4 English muffin halves with 1 slice ham, 1 poached egg, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 of sliced garlic and dusting curry powder. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with remaining muffin halves.
