Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 (5-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni Minis

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In bowl, whisk together egg whites, sugar, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt and black pepper until well blended and creamy. Add remaining ingredients; stir until nuts and pepperoni are coated.
  3. Spread nut mixture on baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before serving or storing.
