Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 pound snow peas, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup cubed fresh mango
  • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
  • Hot, cooked brown rice

Directions

  1. Heat wok over medium-high heat. Pour oil around top of wok. Add ham; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add snow peas; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes longer or until crisply-tender.
  2. In bowl, combine next 6 ingredients; mix well. Add to wok. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Add mango and pineapple; stir gently. Cook until heated thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
