This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 pound snow peas, trimmed
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup cubed fresh mango
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
Hot, cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat wok over medium-high heat. Pour oil around top of wok. Add ham; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add snow peas; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes longer or until crisply-tender.
In bowl, combine next 6 ingredients; mix well. Add to wok. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Add mango and pineapple; stir gently. Cook until heated thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
