Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons cream cheese. Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 cup ham, 1/4 cup chiles and 1/4 cup shredded cheese; fold tortillas in half. Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with cooking spray.
  3. Grill quesadillas until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
  4. Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together salsa and pineapple.
  5. Cut each quesadilla into wedges; serve with pineapple salsa.
