Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices HORMEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In baking dish, alternately layer potatoes, cheese and bacon. In bowl, whisk together eggs and half-and-half. Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients.
  3. Cover baking dish; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until eggs are set.
