Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices HORMEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In baking dish, alternately layer potatoes, cheese and bacon. In bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients.
  3. Cover baking dish; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until eggs are set.
