Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (10-ounce) package chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 package Hormel® Natural Choice® Grilled Carved Chicken Breast
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup assorted bell pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion wedges
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1/3 cup crispy tortilla strips
  • CHI-CHI'S® salsa
  • Light sour cream
  • WHOLLY® guacamole

Directions

  1. Divide romaine evenly among 4 plates. Top each salad with 1/4 each of chicken, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion and cheese. Top salads with tortilla strips. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
