This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 (10-ounce) package chopped romaine lettuce
1 package Hormel® Natural Choice® Grilled Carved Chicken Breast
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup assorted bell pepper strips
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion wedges
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
1/3 cup crispy tortilla strips
CHI-CHI'S® salsa
Light sour cream
WHOLLY® guacamole
Directions
Divide romaine evenly among 4 plates. Top each salad with 1/4 each of chicken, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion and cheese. Top salads with tortilla strips. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
