Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Turkey Smoked Sausage
  • 1/4 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Stir-fry Sauce
  • Hot, cooked brown rice

Directions

  1. In skillet or wok, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat. Add carrot and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add sausage; stir-fry 3 minutes. Return stir-fried vegetables to skillet. Add teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated thoroughly. Serve with hot rice.
