4 quarts water
1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
12 new red potatoes, cut in half or 4 medium red potatoes, cut into quarters
6 ears yellow corn, cut into thirds or 6 small ears frozen corn-on-the-cob, thawed
1 small sweet yellow onion, cut into quarters
1 (12-ounce) package Hormel® Natural Choice® Original Smoked Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, deveined
Hot pepper sauce, to taste
Lemon wedges
Butter
Directions
In large stockpot, bring water, beer, Old Bay seasoning and hot sauce to a boil. Add potatoes; cook over high heat 8 minutes. Add corn and onion; cook 10 minutes longer.
Add sausage and shrimp to stockpot; cook, stirring, 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Drain; pour contents into one large serving bowl or several small colanders. Serve with lemon wedges and butter.
