Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby-cut carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Pork Roast Au Jus Entree, heated according to package directions and sliced
  • 1 (21-ounce) package HORMEL® Cinnamon Apples, heated according to package directions
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. On baking sheet, toss together carrots, oil, salt and pepper. Roast 20 minutes or until carrots are browned and tender.
  3. Arrange slices of roast pork with gravy on individual serving plates; top with warm cinnamon apples. Serve with roasted carrots.
