Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 cup glazed pecans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Arrange spinach, cheese, bacon bits and pecans on individual serving plates.
  2. In small jar, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Drizzle over salad.
