Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) whole wheat thin Italian bread shell
  • 10 ounces LLOYD'S® Shredded Chicken in Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups packaged fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack or part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place bread shell on large baking sheet. Evenly spread BBQ over shell. Sprinkle with spinach. Top with cheese.
  3. Bake pizza 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated thoroughly. Sprinkle with cilantro.
