Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 2 (15-ounce) jars Dona Maria® Nopalitos, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 serrano or jalapeño peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces queso fresco
  • Corn tortillas, heated

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine Nopalitos, tomatoes, onion, serranos, cilantro and salt; mix well. Stir in queso fresco. Serve with warm tortillas.
