  • 24 large dates
  • 6 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces
  • 8 slices FARMER JOHN® Mild Jalapeño Bacon, cut crossways into thirds

Notes

  1. Makes 24 stuffed dates.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease wire rack; place on baking sheet.
  2. Slit dates open; remove seeds. Place piece of cheese in each date. Wrap with 1 piece bacon. Secure with wooden pick. Place on wire rack. Roast, turning once, 15 minutes or until bacon is browned.
