Ingredients

  • 6 slices FARMER JOHN® Regular Smoked Bacon
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned and crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain; crumble.
  3. On large baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, bacon and remaining ingredients. Roast 40 minutes or until crisply tender.
