  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 7 pounds FARMER JOHN® Spiral Half Ham

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Line roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In small saucepan, combine maple syrup, preserves, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce and ginger; stir until blended. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until warm.
  3. Place ham on foil-lined pan. Bring foil up around sides of ham. Brush with pineapple glaze. Bake uncovered, brushing ham frequently with glaze, 1 3/4 hours or until browned and glazed. Carve into slices. Serve hot or cold.
