  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium banana, mashed


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. In medium bowl, combine oats, flour and baking soda; mix well.
  3. In large bowl, beat together peanut butter and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in brown sugar, yogurt, egg, vanilla and banana until blended. Beat in flour mixture just until blended.
  4. On baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. (Dough will be soft.) Bake 12 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on wire rack.
