  • 2 (8-ounce) packages HORMEL® CURE 81® Ham Steak original, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Dip each ham cube in maple syrup. Press into brown sugar. In large skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat 12 minutes or until glazed.
  2. Remove ham cubes to wire racks. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Let stand until cool. Skewer with wooden picks to serve.
