Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
  • 1 tablespoon Dona Maria® Mole
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or warm water
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and mashed
  • Chopped fresh tomatoes
  • Corn chips

Notes

  1. Refrigerate remaining mole for later use.

Directions

  1. In microwave-safe measuring cup, microwave mole and broth on HIGH (100%), stirring once or twice, 1 minute or until mole is dissolved. Cool 10 minutes. Cover; refrigerate.
  2. In bowl, combine sour cream and avocado. Stir in mole mixture until well mixed. Garnish with tomatoes; serve with corn chips.
