This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
1 (26-ounce) can Dona Maria® Nopalitos, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups tomato wedges
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup julienned jicama
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
In medium serving dish, combine Nopalitos, tomatoes, avocado and jicama.
In small bowl, combine lime juice, oil, sugar, cumin and salt; mix well. Pour over Nopalitos mixture; toss to mix. Garnish with cilantro. Refrigerate before serving.
