Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1 (26-ounce) can Dona Maria® Nopalitos, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato wedges
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup julienned jicama
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In medium serving dish, combine Nopalitos, tomatoes, avocado and jicama.
  2. In small bowl, combine lime juice, oil, sugar, cumin and salt; mix well. Pour over Nopalitos mixture; toss to mix. Garnish with cilantro. Refrigerate before serving.
