Ingredients

  • 1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles, chocolate chips or chocolate candies, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. On ungreased baking sheets, arrange cookies 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each cookie; press criss-cross pattern into top with fork.
  3. Bake cookies 8 minutes or until lightly browned and slightly puffed. Immediately top with sprinkles, chocolate chips or chocolate candies, if desired. Cool completely on wire rack before removing from baking sheets.
