Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 36 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped mixed dried fruit (raisins, apricots, cranberries, dates and/or apples)
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 3/4 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Line 13x9-inch pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In large bowl, combine cereal, oats, dried fruit and peanuts.
  3. In small saucepan, cook peanut butter, brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth; stir in cocoa. Pour over cereal mixture; mix well.
  4. Press cereal mixture evenly into pan. Let stand until set; cut into bars.
