Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups SKIPPY® Creamy Natural Dark Chocolate Spread
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup creme de menthe baking chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except baking chips; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. On baking sheets, arrange cookies 2 inches apart. With fork, gently flatten each cookie; press criss-cross pattern into top.
  3. Bake cookies 12 to 15 minutes or until set and cracked. Let stand on baking sheets 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
