  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups HERDEZ® Salsa Casera, divided
  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and diced


  1. In large recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine chicken and 1/2 cup salsa; seal bag. Turn several times to coat. Place bag in 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 3 hours.
  2. In small bowl, combine 1 cup salsa and the mango; mix well.
  3. Heat broiler.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on broiler pan. Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat source, basting occasionally with remaining 1/2 cup salsa, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
