Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 slices HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham, cut in half and heated
  • 4 English muffins, split, toasted and buttered
  • 4 slices American cheese

Directions

  1. In large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs. Cook 5 minutes or until almost set. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Roll eggs up. Cut each into 4 equal pieces.
  2. Place warm ham on bottom on each English muffin half. Top with egg and cheese. Cover with top halves of muffins.
