Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 6 ounces thick rice stick noodles
  • 1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Wok Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups ground pork
  • 2/3 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Thai Basil Stir-fry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded fresh mint
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 small red chile peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In medium heatproof bowl, combine noodles and enough boiling water to cover. Let stand 15 minutes or until softened; drain.
  2. In wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. Add stir-fry sauce and noodles. Stir until combined. Remove wok from heat. Stir in mint.
  3. Arrange noodles on platter or individual bowls. Top with remaining ingredients.
