Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cranberry jelly
  • 3 tablespoons Port wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted. Makes about 1 cup, enough to glaze up to 10-pound ham.
