Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef flat-iron steak, cut into very thin 1 1/2-inch strips
  • 1/2 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 8 CHI-CHI'S® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas, heated
  • 1 1/4 cups kimchi, drained and chopped, sour cream, chopped cilantro, radishes and/or cucumber, if desired
  • HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean BBQ stir-fry sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Carefully add beef; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until only trace of pink remains. Add 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until hot.
  2. Push beef to side of skillet. In small bowl, stir together cornstarch and water. Stir into cooking juices in skillet. Stir in sriracha sauce. Cook and stir 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in beef; heat thoroughly.
  3. Serve beef in warm tortillas topped with additional Korean BBQ sauce, kimchi, sour cream, cilantro, radishes and/or cucumber.
