  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 pinch ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 4 cups (1/2-inch) bread cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • Chopped parsley, if desired


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In large skillet, cook hash and onion 5 to 7 minutes or until hash is crisp and onion is tender.
  3. In large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mustard and cayenne. Stir in bread cubes, hash mixture and 1 cup cheese. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
