  • 6 ears corn, husked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1 1/4 cups grated cotija cheese
  • 3/4 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits


  1. Heat grill to 400°F.
  2. Brush corn with oil. In small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin and salt; mix well. Sprinkle corn with chili powder mixture.
  3. Grill corn 5 to 10 minutes or until crisply tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Brush corn with mayonnaise; sprinkle with cheese. Top with bacon bits.
