Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 8 brown-and-serve breadsticks
  • 1 (4-ounce) package blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Slice breadsticks lengthwise without cutting all the way through; place on baking sheet.
  3. In bowl, mix blue cheese and cream cheese; spread inside each breadstick. Stuff each with 1 slice bacon.
  4. Bake breadsticks 15 minutes or until browned and filling is heated thoroughly.
