Ingredients

  • 2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 hard-cooked large eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (2.1-ounce) package HORMEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  2. In casserole, whisk together soup and milk. Gently fold in eggs and bacon.
  3. Bake casserole 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
