Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (16-ounce) package Hormel® Black Label® Bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Coat 15x10-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In bowl, toss together potatoes and butter. Sprinkle with pepper. Spread potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towel. Crumble when cool.
  4. Turn potato slices over. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
