Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1/2 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 (6-ounce) package prewashed baby spinach
  • 1 jar HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin rings
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Wash and hull strawberries; drain.
  2. In large salad bowl, combine spinach, bacon bits and onion. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters; add to spinach mixture.
  3. In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over spinach mixture. Toss to coat.
