This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
1/2 pound fresh strawberries
1 (6-ounce) package prewashed baby spinach
1 jar HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
1 small red onion, cut into thin rings
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Wash and hull strawberries; drain.
In large salad bowl, combine spinach, bacon bits and onion. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters; add to spinach mixture.
In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over spinach mixture. Toss to coat.
