Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 4 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 teaspoons plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 4 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Sirloin Steak, cut 1 inch thick
  • 1 large clove garlic, cut in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Notes

  1. You can also grill steaks over medium, ash-covered coals, turning occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness. One minute before steaks are done, top evenly with cheese mixture.

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt and onion.
  3. Rub steaks with garlic; place on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source, turning once, 10 to 16 minutes for medium-rare to medium or until desired doneness. One to 2 minutes before steaks are done, top evenly with cheese mixture.
  4. Season steaks with salt; sprinkle with parsley.
