Ingredients

  • 1 (2.5-ounce) jar HORMEL® PILLOW PACK® Dried Beef
  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Rinse dried beef with boiling water; drain. Chop into small pieces.
  2. In bowl, combine beef, eggs, cream cheese, parsley and pepper; mix well.
  3. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
