1 (2.5-ounce) jar Hormel® Pillow Pack® Dried Beef
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
Rinse dried beef with boiling water; drain. Chop into small pieces.
In bowl, combine beef, eggs, cream cheese, parsley and pepper; mix well.
In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
