  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza shell
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In large skillet, cook hash over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, in small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs; cook, stirring frequently, 3 to 5 minutes or until soft scrambled.
  4. Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Spoon eggs over pizza shell; top with hash and cheeses. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
