Ingredients

  • 12 slices Black Label® Bacon
  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle peppers
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 8 slices sourdough wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Smoked Turkey
  • 4 slices DI LUSSO® Colby Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce, cut into 4-inch squares
  • 4 slices tomato

Directions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Cut each slice in half.
  2. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotles, garlic, jalapeño and lime juice; mix well. Cover; refrigerate.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each slice toast. Divide bacon, turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato evenly among 4 slices toast. Cover each stack with remaining slice toast.
  4. Place sandwich picks in two opposite corners of each sandwich; cut in half diagonally.
