2 (15-ounce) cans Hormel® Chili With Beans
1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
Directions
Heat oven to 400ºF. Lightly coat 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In baking dish, layer chili, chilies, olives, onion and cheese.
Separate biscuits; cut each into quarters. Top chili with biscuit pieces.
Bake chili 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
