Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili With Beans
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Lightly coat 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In baking dish, layer chili, chilies, olives, onion and cheese.
  3. Separate biscuits; cut each into quarters. Top chili with biscuit pieces.
  4. Bake chili 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
