Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 4 whole wheat pita pockets
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Turkey
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese, cut in half
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Alfalfa sprouts, if desired

Directions

  1. Spread inside of each pita pocket with 1 tablespoon guacamole. Place 1 leaf lettuce in each pita. Fold turkey slices in half; place over lettuce. Top turkey with 2 half-slices cheese and tomato. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
