Padang Noodle Salad
Begin your Asian adventure with our Padang Noodle Salad. First, prepare 1 pound of penne pasta according to package directions – though any type of pasta can be used. Two minutes before the pasta is done add carrots and bell peppers. Drain pasta and in a large bowl combine the pasta, carrots and bell peppers with the cabbage and green onions. For the dressing, in a small bowl stir together House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, honey and lime juice. Add to the pasta mixture. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Before serving, sprinkle with peanuts. Transform this recipe into a main course dish by adding Hormel Natural Choice Oven Roasted Chicken Strips. A unique, colorful salad brimming with flavor.

Belles and Beef
For the main event, begin by slicing one half pound of sirloin or flank steak across the grain into thin diagonal slices. In a bowl, combine beef and House of Tsang Classic Stir Fry Sauce. Place wok or large skillet over high heat until hot. Add House of Tsang Wok Oil to coat the pan. Add beef and stir fry for 2 minutes or until the beef is slightly pink. Remove the beef from the wok. Add yellow, red and green peppers and onion. Stir-fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return the beef to the wok and add additional stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry 1 minute or until hot. Serve over hot, cooked rice and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving. A quick and easy stir-fry bursting with authentic Asian flavors.
