Kabobs are a favorite "meal on a stick" – but our Caribbean Citrus Filet Kabobs are a "masterpiece on a stick!" Ready in about 30 minutes – this unique recipe features our Hormel® Always Tender® citrus flavored pork loin filet.

First, pre-heat the grill to medium heat. Cut 1½ oranges into quarters. Then slice quarters into ½-inch slices. Cut 1½ limes into quarters as well and slice into ½-inch slices. Juice the remaining half orange and remaining half lime. On metal grilling skewers, thread 1-inch cubes of Hormel® Always Tender® citrus flavored pork loin filet, lime slices, ½-inch banana slices, orange slices and ½-inch onion wedges.

Now, for the sauce, in a small bowl, stir together marmalade, orange and lime juices and hot sauce.

Brush skewers with olive oil and place on grill rack. Cover and cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning occasionally. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush skewers with marmalade sauce.
